Select I accept the terms of the SOLIDWORKS and click Download and Install.We advise turning Background Downloader off by unticking Use the background downloader for future service packs as it can sometimes install the next version of SOLIDWORKS which cannot always be run using Educational licences. Download and install Windows 10 SDK -After it's finished installing go to Start > Windows Software Development Kit.
Find the folder named SWLICMGR (SOLIDWORKS 2020 SP03\swlicmgr) -Set that folder aside. Download all the Solidworks Install files (you're specifically looking to download the standalone installer for the SolidNetwork license server) In short, you're removing the installers Operating System Check.
